Wooden hoops

CVL Legno hoops are built thanks to advantage of the technology used in the automotive market, CVL Legno has been created and designed wooden hoops that are characterized by hardness and the absence of splinters. This is a significant change in sound field, moreover CVL Legno offers the chance to paint the wooden hoops looking to drummer taste to obtain the best from sound but also from the design.
These hoops have a particular section and a round edge so the sound is warmer, bodied and less metallic.
CVL Legno assures the top care of hoop details, have a look to snare unit bed!
Available beech wood thanks to its hardness and light colour and mahogany ( darker natural colour) in mat or lacquered finish.
Now available in black or white colour and from 5 to 10 holes.
All hoops have specific grooves for snare, snare stand, tom and ftom.

Drums shells

Thanks to ability to design and the development in mechanical engineering, CVL Legno was able to develop a particular technology, completely different from standard building techniques of building plywood shells for drums. Besides the design and the experience in the field of wood, CVL Legno is able to build directly into its factory machineries needed for construction of wooden drum shells.

Cylindrical shapes

CVL Legno has produced this product line from 70’ years, and it offer the complete customization of cylinder, from the type of wood, the dimension to the external ply made by special veneering.

Not only raw or special external ply, but you can choose the raw or finished piece with special varnish or special cover, thanks to CVL Legno knowledge. For all customers that order a finish cylinder, it is at disposal, with sample, to create finishes tested for 500 hours at 150°C with aging and turn yellow test.

CVL Legno are able to create column with every height and make other working.

Diameter available from 40mm to 785mm in all depht, thickness and woods.

Square shapes

CVL Legno presents a new series of close form with square section for different fields.

The customers can customize the dimensions, the depth until creating columns, and the type of wood, other than beech and tanganica, for core and external ply. It is possible to choose precious and worked wood with external raw or finished ply. Special varnish, mat or laquer, or cover are available.

All the pieces are available with special cut, puncture and other working all made directly by CVL Legno.

All components are tested for 500 hours at 150° C to obtain a high quality for all the age.

Rectangular shapes

CVL Legno presents a new series of rectangular form with square section for different fields.

The customers can customize the dimensions, the depth until creating columns, and the type of wood, other than beech and tanganica, for sheels and external ply. It is possible to choose precious and worked wood with raw or lacquered finish. Special varnish, mat or laquer, or cover are available.

All the pieces are available with special cutting, puncture and other working all made in Italy.

All components are tested for 500 hours at 150° C to obtain a high quality for all the age.

The customer can choose the piece dimensions, if he wants to order columns or a little piece, and type of wood, other than beech and tanganica, for core and external ply. It is possible to choose or supply to CVL Legno the external wooden veneering or have piece raw or finished with natural, painted or covered varnish.

All the pieces are available with special cutting, puncture and other working all made directly by CVL Legno.

All components are tested for 500 hours at 150° C to obtain a great endurance and keep the quality features for a long time.
